1. Comprehensive initial - I spent an hour with him taking a thorough intake and trying to understand the root cause of his symptoms. Normally, I would’ve done blood work but this patient already had done blood work with his family doctor.

2. I identified exactly when all his symptoms started and what was going on around that time.

3. I gave him targeted supplements and lifestyle modifications to help calm his nervous system down and reinforce a positive feedback loop. We also discussed diet and exercise.

The big takeaway here is that we spent an hour together uncovering the causes of his symptoms and this allowed me to better understand him, his preference’s and limitations.

Naturopathic initial appointments are usually between 60-75 minutes and we need this time to unravel your health history to best help you.
